Exchange &                  Refund Policy
We understand that sometimes Refunds & Exchanges are necessary that’s why Ok Corral will is happy to exchange or refund your purchase from our store if you are not satisfied.

In order to exchange or refund your purchase it must meet the following requirements, otherwise it will not qualify for a refund or exchange.

All refunds or exchanges must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

ΦAll items must have its original tags attached and must not show any evidence of being worn, and/or; scuffed, dirty, smelly, washed or marinated in barnyard acids. To ensure that your boots don't show any signs of wear, be sure to walk only in carpeted areas until you are sure they fit properly while you are trying them on. Avoid any kind of hard flooring as it may scuff the soles of the boots.


Φ In order to make an exchange or return of your purchase you must have the original sales receipt since we will refund the value of the merchandise based on the original form and amount of payment.

Φ If for any reason you don’t have the original sales receipt we can gladly exchange the product but you will receive a merchandise credit for the lowest price at which the merchandise has ever sold.

Φ For sanitary purposes, we will not be able to refund or exchange underwear for any reason whatsoever.

Φ If for some reason the store lacks funds, and the return is over $200, or the customer cannot be refunded on their original form of payment and does not want store credit, a check will be issued by the store and will be mailed to the customer within 4-6 weeks.

​Φ A return for a manufacturing defect must be approved by the manufacturer. The determination of the validity of quality complaints remains at the sole discretion of the manufacturer. That is why we will ask for the following:
​ o    Original receipt of purchase of the product.
o    The store will provide a claim receipt.
o    The product will be sent to the manufacturer for quality control inspections.
They will decide if the claim is accepted and how they will proceed. If the claim is
accepted, the product will be repaired or replaced. If for some reason the product
is no longer available we will issue a store credit. (This process may take from 3
​ to 4 weeks).

Φ Any special order returns must be within 30 days of when the item was received, with the original receipt and all the tags attached. After 30 days we will gladly make exchanges only.

Φ **Please note a restocking fee of 30% will be applied on Special Order returns or exchanges.

Φ All sales are final on any clearance items or items marked as “Final Sale”

Φ Any purchases made at one of our Road Shows, Events, or booths set up outside one of our store locations are FINAL SALE.

Φ The “Refund Policy” portion applies to our Vacaville, California store only.
